What does a typical yacht hire include?
Each rental comes with an expert crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Extras vary by package—for example, romantic cruises provide select beverages and light bites, and business charters offer meeting spaces and corporate-style dining.
When should I make my reservation?
To secure your booking, we advise doing so 2–3 weeks in advance, or 4–6 weeks before for peak periods (May–September). For enterprise events and special occasions, booking further in advance ensures availability and time for personalization.
What if the weather turns bad?
Our primary concern is safety. In case of poor weather as determined by our captain, we offer a reschedule to a future date or a complete refund. We track the weather diligently and will inform you if the conditions seem unsuitable 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own refreshments?
Guests are permitted to bring their own refreshments on board. We also provide excellent food service options, customizable to your tastes. Note that for safety, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Do your yachts cater to individuals with accessibility challenges?
Accessibility is important to us. Certain boats in our fleet are equipped to better accommodate those with mobility needs. Please get in touch with us to detail your requirements, and we'll suggest the best yacht for you along with any required arrangements.
What's the policy for cancellations?
Cancellations made with over 72 hours notice will be refunded in full. Those made within 24 to 72 hours qualify for a 50% refund. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before departure is non-refundable, except in case of unsafe weather conditions or mechanical failure on our side.
